What Have I Been Up To? #1 - Animation Overload

What Have I Been Up To or WHIBUT (Why-butt) is a blog series revolving around what I, SlayersStronghold , have been doing in my life in the recent, days, weeks, months, etc.

4 months, four long yet short months of nonstop work. Roughly 6-10 hours a day for the past 4 months I have been working on a short animated project with a team of six other people. I was put in charge of the team as the director, producer, etc. Among those two roles, I am also everything else. This animation is a team effort where everyone in the team must have a hand in every aspect. Everyone must do some environment art, some character art, clean-up, tweening, coloring, compositing, etc.
I am so happy to be working on this project. The animation is in the final stretch of production where we are diligently inking, coloring, compositing the final audio, and generally making everything pretty. Since the due date is coming up in five weeks I am finally able/ wanting to start posting some of the tons of work I've done for this project.

Which means! All of you get to see things I've been working on since early April that have not posted!
"Wait, Slayer, what haven't you been drawing almost a thing every day? How have you had time to do more art that we have not seen?"
To be honest, I have no idea, this project is a 6-month long project, and normally these animations for the class are only to be 2-3 minutes max but ours is going to be five and a half minutes long which is insane. I haven't been getting much sleep due to school. On average 5 hours a night, give or take, and I've been doing the most work. I have roughly 1 minutes of animation just on myself... I mean not all of that is constant movement, but my scenes converted into seconds is like 55 seconds in length.

Anyway, I am going to be posting about 1 thing every other day or so. Firstly, onto my Patreon, then the next day onto DeviantArt. I'll post the first thing to both sites at the same time today, but from then on, DeviantArt followers will not see the new stuff until 24 hours after it uploads onto my Patreon. I have been using my Patreon and other social medias more to grow my brand and help gain myself new fans and hopefully some more income. In 5 weeks, which is when the animation is due, is also when I graduate from The Art Institute, so my workload has been crazy and my bank slowly being drained due to portfolio costs, such as my business cards:

Mmmmmm look how pretty! I am incredibly psyched for this new stage in my life, but I need to focus on the present.

Also, lemme apologize for the recent spam of half-assed artwork, much of which belongs to specific fandoms and groups. I'll be mixing in other work again soon. I have some icons I've done for some OC's for Toyhou.se which I haven't uploaded, and my ARPG, Isomara-Island, has been my other time taker.

To summarize, the last few months have been an animation overload which working on my team production project, along with working on other animations for my demo reel for school, and of course, I did enter an animate to adopt (ATA), so yep, lots of animation and art.
I'm not much of a talker and I get scatterbrained a lot, so I try to make this more coherent next time and maybe talk more in-depth, but if you are interested in my final animation project to keep a look out for the artwork, consider pledging to my Patreon, or just do a one time donation using my "Buy Me a Coffee" button on my dA profile. If you want to support me in other ways you can follow me on whatever social medias you prefer below or consider joining the game I founded and managed - Isomara-Island

Thank you, everyone.
